Digital Content Manager


Responsibilities:

1. Search into competitive articles and analyze the market for each article from the content plan. Reveal advantages and disadvanteges of the articles.

2. Complete an article funnel detecting and describing target audience, typical customer features and his needs. You should find out the ways to interract with the reader, enhance his interest and prepare him for the first contact (conversion).

3. Complete content strategy. The strategy should take into account target audience, customer’s moving along the funnel, interrection with a customer on each stage. You should detect a communicative goal for each funnel stage (what we should reach with the help of such content).

4. Analyze the effectiveness of the content in blog section and on other outer platforms.

5. Control KPI.

6. Prepare specifications for the writer – article structure description, H1 and H2 titles with the help of key requests provided by SEO specialist.

7. Search for useful sources (video, podcasts, arcticles of competent authors) that can be analyzed by the writer.

8. Communicate with the writer on work questions.

9. Publish content in blog section and on social networks (brief previews) and answer questions in comments.

 

Requirements:

2+ years experience in IT sphere as a manager or similar;

You should know the basics of Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop;

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills;

You should be good at negotiations;

Understanding of digital marketing instruments, techniques and SEO;

Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+).
